This isn't normally the type of image that I would blog about, but this picture holds special significance to me. Many of you have probably been to DC, and many of you have probably walked past the Korean War Memorial, just kind of casually glancing at the faces etched into the mural. I was doing the same thing, when I was stopped dead in my tracks. I looked at this face, and as a chill went down my spine, I just knew it was my grandfather. He was a Sargeant in the Korean War, and this picture was taken shortly after he and my grandmother were engaged. Although he is no longer with us, the memory of Anton P. Janowski, Jr. will live on forever in Washington, DC.

Desert Sunset
This was taken in Tucson, Arizona in 2005. I was absolutely blown away by how vibrant the colors are in the desert. It was truly a breathtaking sight, and most definitely from the palette of God.

Central Park Saxophone
Nothing defines the spirit of Central Park quite like this picture. We were holding hands strolling through the park, when the melodious notes from a saxophone beckoned us to follow. This beautiful soul was playing his heart out under a bridge, and the acoustics were simply amazing.
Welcome to My Journey
Hello everybody, and welcome to my blog. I am very fortunate that I get to travel for work, and over the years I have seen some spectacular people, places, and things. I am a photography enthusiast, and have captured many of these (both on film and digital images). If you're willing to come along for the ride, I would love to share those findings with you. I can't promise that I will faithfully post on a regular basis, but I will only share those images that are my most cherished memories. Thank you for taking this journey with me.
